Great Australian Product

We have been buying Daintree Tea for over 10 years now, since we just dropped into the farm there back in 2015. The tea is always fresh and delicious, and we like supporting Australian growers where possible.

This was an education

My first brew was a huge surprise/shock, as it did not taste like tea.
It did taste fresh, has aroma (oily, I call it). But very different to commercial tea.
So I brewed more, and grew to like it. Did a search snd found out indeed fresh tea tastes different, much like Daintree tea
I brew or make tea the traditional indian way. Boil it in milk/water, 50:50 to 30:70 combination. I will also powdered Cardamom, or blended Ginger, two of favourite brews.
Also this tea is exceptional when brewed just black. Beautiful tadte and needs no sugar.
I would actually swirl commercial tea first, throw the water out, and then brew the tea. That got rid of the sharp edge.
I hope this feedback is helpful, I don't think I can go back to the commercial, imported junk.
Thank you
