Shipping policy

$12.90 Flat Rate for Standard Post Australia Wide. Goods will usually be shipped within 2 business days or upgraded to Express Post for no extra charge. We can usually ship to Post Office Boxes unless your order is over 5kg and/ or very bulky which makes the cost prohibitive for the flat rate and a courier is more reasonable.  A choice of $19.90 Express Post option is also available at checkout if you want to ensure same or next business day dispatch with Australia Post Express Post.

Local CAIRNS over $25 offers free personal delivery to street addresses only.  We cannot offer free delivery to a Post Office Box.  Please go all the way through to the end checkout before you choose your payment method so that the Local Free Delivery option comes up after you have put in your address. (ie. if you use Express PayPal button before entering your details it will bypass the local free delivery option). Allow a week for delivery. Will leave in letterbox or veranda or front desk unless you specify other
