100% Australian Grown "True" Cinnamon Verum. Grown in the Daintree Rainforest of Tropical North Queensland.  This finely ground powder is made from the bark which is carefully removed by hand from these few trees established in the 1980's with the small family vanilla plantation in Cow Bay.  Adds a delightful natural sweet spiciness. Use in baking, add to porridge, custard, yoghurt.

PLEASE NOTE: The grower can only supply very limited quantities and this very special cinnamon is not available in bulk or for commercial use.
