Tropical Honey Chai
Pu-erh Original. Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, digestive fermented black pu-erh tea soaked with tropical rainforest honey.
So easy to make!1 heaped tsp per cup (about 15g) –adjust amount up or down, according to size of your mug & your personal taste for sweetness & spice.
Method 1: Pour boiling water over mix in a teapot, plunger, cup infuser, thermos, jug or any other vessel you can find. Steep 5 to 10 min. Strain. Drink just as it is or add a dash of your favourite milk.
OR Method 2: Gently bring to a slow simmer in a small saucepan in milk of your choice whilst stirring, strain.
OR Method 3: Barista style – Cover mix with boiling water in one jug to infuse, whilst you texture milk of choice in another. Mix together & strain.
